What A Wonderful FWF Week! Full, Fun, Funds, Friends! Whew!
Ahoy Freedom Waters Friends!
Freedom Waters Foundation had a week complete with a wave of activities and fundraisers! Donors, Volunteers and Participants “Made it Happen!” See the Smiles in the pictures below! And, THANK YOU ALL!
Saturday, 12/3/11, FWF hosted its Inaugural Gala aboard M/Y Mariner III in Palm Beach, Florida and raised $24,000! Thank you to all who attended and the FWF Board for creating this magnificent event. See more pictures at www.freedomwatersfoundation.org

The next day, Sunday, 12/4/11, we had four children with cancer/disability out on three boats in Naples, with their families for a Weller Day Yacht Outing.
Weller Days
Yacht owners share their love and respect for the water by donating their: time, energy, knowledge and the use of their vessels for boat outings for children and adults with cancer, other life threatening illnesses, disabilities, and other special needs. Weller Days named in honor of John Weller, Co-Founder, Yacht Broker, 5 time cancer survivor!
FWF serves a number of referrals from local Hospitals, Social Service Agencies and other organizations/partnerships in the Southwest and Southeast areas of Florida.

Tuesday, 12/6/11 - Allegra Printing of Naples awarded FWF a $500 Printing/Marketing grant from their Foot Print Fund
Wednesday p.m. 12/7/11, Naples - Pinchers Restaurant hosted FWF - donating 20% of any customer's check who mentioned FWF! Live Music by Lucia and Bob Cox and friends! - Funds Raised $226 Thank you for all who came! Raised $226 Thank you all for coming!
West Marine's Ft. Lauderdale Grand Opening - FWF Board Members, Joe Costa and Andrew Cilla were there raising awareness and funds for FWF! - Raised $1500+
Thursday, 12/8/11 – FWF Diana Brewer, represented FWF at Counseling Connections in Naples.
Friday, 12/9/11, Naples - Iberia Bank invited FWF to host volunteers and participants in their sky box at the Everblades Hockey Game. Thank you to Iberia Bank and their Representative Brian Tinney!
