Kristin Milewicz, MSW

Kristin Milewicz brings a strong background in social work, program management, and community impact to Freedom Waters Foundation. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Loyola University Chicago with a specialization in Health and Leadership, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Sociology at Michigan State University. She has broad experience directing programs, coordinating volunteers, and building partnerships within nonprofit organizations. Kristin has dedicated her career to creating inclusive, meaningful opportunities for individuals of all abilities and backgrounds.

Originally from Michigan, Kristin grew up boating and fishing and has been passionate about life on the water her entire life. Now a Naples resident and avid boater, she is excited to combine her lifelong love of the water with her professional expertise to help Freedom Waters’ programs grow and touch even more lives. In her free time, Kristin enjoys reading, boating, traveling, and keeping up with a million extracurricular activities alongside her husband, Greg, three children, Tommy, Sammy and Evelyn, and their dog, Mando.
