Mike Kincaid brings a unique blend of technical expertise and maritime passion to the Freedom Waters Foundation, transitioning from a career leading global innovation at Google to a life dedicated to service on the water. As a retired Senior Manager, Mike spent over eight years leading RF Architecture for the Pixel and Wearables lines, steering the development of products that ship to over 30 countries worldwide. He now applies that same commitment to excellence and strategic scaling to the FWF Board, helping the foundation expand its reach and impact.

Beyond his professional accolades, Mike’s heart has always been on and under the waves. As a U.S. Army Veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division, he is passionately committed to providing restorative, therapeutic on-water experiences for his fellow veterans. A certified PADI Divemaster with over 170 logged dives, Mike truly understands the “blue mind” connection. Additionally, he brings over 30 years of experience as an expert-level American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter, furthering the foundation’s commitment to making the freedom of the water accessible and inclusive for all participants.

A resident of Fort Myers, Mike stays active through biking, weightlifting, tennis, and jet skiing. An avid traveler, he has logged nine months in RV travel with a goal of visiting every U.S. National Park in the contiguous United States.
