Created to serve youth at-risk, the Freedom Waters Foundation Heels & Reels Girls Fishing Program in Lee County took place on Saturday, July 25th at Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina in Cape Coral with support from Taco Worx and Crazy Lure Bait & Tackle. The program pairs each participant with an experienced volunteer female fishing mentor who provides instruction, guidance, and encouragement on the water.
